Kangning Zhang was born in China. He received a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2015, a M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, in 2018, and a PhD from the University of California, Davis, USA, in 2024. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Radiology at Stanford University, Stanford, USA. His research interests include artificial intelligence in medicine, computational imaging and biomedical image processing.
