Ming-Fen Lee (Usn Lee) is a medical physicist and educator with over 15 years of clinical experience. She currently works at the Medical Physics Center in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Dalin Tzu-Chi Hospital, Chiayi, Taiwan, where she also serves as the hospital’s radiation protection officer. She has previously served as a board member, deputy chair of public relations, and oral examiner for the Taiwan Society of Medical Physics.
Lee is an enthusiastic collaborator who enjoys sharing knowledge with other medical physicists across Taiwan. In addition to her clinical and research work, she is deeply committed to teaching and has extensive experience developing digital learning materials, earning recognition in multiple teaching competitions. She is especially passionate about medical presentation design, with over 50 invited talks on the topic. She also manages a nonprofit Facebook community, “U???????,” dedicated to sharing practical resources, creative ideas, and effective strategies for impactful medical presentations.
