I am a fourth year medical student at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Arizona. I was born in Iran but I grew up in Canada. I earned my PhD from the University of Toronto studying epigenomics of complex disease. My current research activities include studying clinical outcomes of head and neck cancers and improving radiotherapy outcomes in the Native American community.
