Each year, the ARRO Executive Committee hosts the ARRO Annual Seminar on the Saturday of the ASTRO Annual Meeting. The ARRO Annual Seminar is a day-long program that is specifically developed for current and prospective residents in radiation oncology.

learning objectives

  1. Discuss career opportunities for residents outside of the clinic, in academia and in private practice. They will be able to describe challenges that they might expect as they begin their early career, and explain how they can overcome these challenges.
  2. Explain how they can integrate new radiation indications into their clinical practice, gain a new patient population, and earn trust of colleagues from other departments.
