I am a radiation oncologist from Taichung Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, specializing in radiosurgery and radiotherapy for brain tumors. A 2-year residency in neurosurgery was the cornerstone of my development in this field. Few years ago, I started to study the application of deep learning in the detection of brain tumors, and now I have preliminary results! I think AI can actually help to reduce the burden of clinical procedures and reduce errors.
